GOVERNANCE AND ECONOMY: A VIEW BEYOND PARTISANSHIP

“Don’t tell me what you value, show me your budget, and I’ll tell you what you value.”Joe Biden
Full implementation of the much ‘FETED’ 2016 budget hope may have been dashed already. Nigeria is 40% off her major revenue generation according to report . The economy has been brought to its knee. I heard the president saying ‘NO ROOM’ for free money again as we need to diversify our economy from the mono. I nodded my head,YES YES YES!
I ask myself, where are we diversifying to? Is it manufacturing without electric generation ?

Oh,sorry! Agriculture with Fulani herdsmen invasion, destruction, killing and maiming?

Tourism without proper planning or road map?

Education without adequate funding and trial and error policies?

Do you mean with BOOBA OPA relationship that exists between executive and legislative arms of government? Shior!
If you are one of the ‘hailing hailers’ out there;listen to yourself anytime you speak again and again. Now that civil servants salary is on recess, where is your employment hope? The pot holes on our roads, power generations, the job loss, the economy hardship etc may not go soon. If you doubt me,listen to SGF,Finance and information minister, Vice-president and others or read more about their recent submission on the nation’s affair.
Left to me,We need VIABLE  economy team right now than we need anti corruption team. Fighting corruption is good, but leaving economy in comatose is worse. We have more security challenges now than we had in the past. fact!

There is one good thing about LIE,when you have no one to lie against anymore, you simply fall victim of your trick.
In the famous statement and provocative poem written by Pastor Martin Niemöller (1892–1984) about the cowardice of German intellectuals:
” First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out— Because I was not a Socialist.

Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out—Because I was not a Trade Unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out— Because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.”
Lest I forget, hope my Westerners are enjoying the robust ‘appointment’ they once look up to in ‘ASO’ rock ooo? Someone said the JAGABAN boogu himself is angry. I said,it cant be possible though, I read something so close in ‘THE NATION NEWSPAPER sha. A beg, make una take am develop our region too. Next time,we go learn beta. #dazzol
